Manatee Handle

If you dont own a Manatee Handle, we recommend starting with this Starter Pack

The Manatee Handle has a great ergonomic shape for comfortable handling for long painting sessions, we use these stands ourselves as we found the other options all had minor issues, with them either being too heavy/bulky, or didnt allow for base rim painting on the stand, or they were too difficult to move from one model to the next, or just too expensive!

The Manatee Handle has a strong magnet at its top, the Mini Stands have a metal plate built into the plastic housing to attach it to the Manatee Handle.

Use Blu-Tack or similar sticky putty to connect your miniatures to each of the Mini Stands, then easily swap between miniatures for easy batch painting, as only the Manatee Handle has a magnet in it, you can have many of the Mini Stands on your desk without worrying about placing them on/near other magnets/electronics.

The magnet in the Manatee Handle is strong enough to hold any miniature on a 60mm or smaller base upside down without it coming off, also the Mini Stands sit slightly recessed in the handle to ensure they cant be knocked off accidentally, and it allows the miniature on top to be rotated easily.

While you can use larger models, bases over 60mm will start to be a bit unweildy, there is an XL version of the stand coming which will be better suited to larger models - but these will stay the best option for models on bases 60mm or smaller.
